Refund policy

It's true, we offer a 90-Day 'Love it or it's free" Guarantee!

This allows you 1 months to decide if our devices are a good fit for your specific needs.

If you are not satisfied with the product within 90 days of delivery, let us know, share your experience, send it to our quality control and you will be reimbursed in full.

If 90 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale Items

Sadly, we do not offer refunds on clearance items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.

Please note: We require you to submit videos as proof of damage/defective goods or the cause why you are not satisfied. Kindly cooperate with us and give us the information necessary so that we can help you out quickly and not cause you any inconvenience.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse when return is approved and Return # is allotted only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@CaratSkin.com

Our warehouses are located around the world. For orders to the United Kingdom and United States, it will normally take 8-12 working days. For orders to other countries, please allow up to 15 working days.

ATTENTION: Due to the state of global health emergency shipping may have delays. We are trying to deal with all orders in the shortest time possible, so it may take a few more days to process your order.

In an unlikely event your order being shipped and not delivered within 30 days, we will issue a full refund and you can keep the product free of charge after it's delivery.
